Sir, if you have a little time out of your tight schedule, would you please look at my case once. I got your e mail ID from abchomeopathy.
I am a 25 year old unmarried boy and have been involved in severe masturbation since 10 years. During the past 7-8 years many diseases has curbed into my body.
They are as follows:

Prostatorrhea = Whenever I get sexually aroused, suddenly the prostatic fuild starts flowing through the penis(with or without erection).

Erectile Dysfunction = Mostly there are lack of erections. If at all sometime erection takes place, it is imperfect and doesn't hold for more than 10-12 seconds. Totally decreased libido.

Constipation = I need to go 2-3 times in the morning to empty the bowels, but still there is no guarantee that the bowels would get empty. Sometimes I go once in 2 days. Stomach is bloating most of the time. And due to constipation, gas is another problem.

Urinary disorder = Dribbling after urination, sometimes burning sensation after passing urnine, urine very less in quantity and dark yellow in colour. I need to go for urine only 2 times in 24 hours.

Hairfall = Hair are also falling since 8 years. This also started after I got involved in masturbation. They have become very very thin. Some of my hair have started greying also.
No one in family is bald. All men have black and thick hair.

Fleshless body = My eyes and cheeks have gone inside, they look sunken to great extent, there is no flesh left on my face. My shoulder bones could be seen. I look like an old man.

Acne = Some red papules have developed on my back and hips. They develop regularly. The old ones go leaving stains and blemish, and the new ones keep coming.

Some doctor suggested Selenium 3X tablets, cantheris, conium for prostatorrhea and dribbling of urine. After having the medicine, both the problems got cured 60 to 70 percent, but they still need some medical attention to get cured completly. I am not in contact with that doctor anymore.
I don't know in what order all these diseases should get cured but my main concerns are HAIRFALL, FLESHLESS BODY AND ACNE, because, all these problems are visual, everybody can see it, so I request you to please prescribe me some medicine to cure these three concerns first, rest of the things afterwards. MTP (Medical Abortion) & Homoeopathy: There are certainly some drugs in homoeopathy, which action have described by some of my female patient that they have produce labor pain like contractions and accidentally some have abortion after a homoeopathic medicines; however, it cannot be confirmed that they were due to homeopathic medicines or anything else. However, post abortion homeopathic medicines can be greatly helpful to removing weakness from blood loss, can prevent incomplete abortion, and are very sufficient to remove any side effects from abortion. I had noticed a great result from homeopathic medicines after abortion.

So I concluded from my own experience that there are some homeopathic drugs, which can cause an abortion, but no one should try if she lives away from hospital or could not get an adequate medical care or where facilities for blood transfusion is not available. I believe strongly that homoeopathic do not cause anything unnatural to body and abortion is not a disease, which homeopathic can cure.

So there is no homeopathic medicine for abortion, but certainly there various homeopathic medicines for abortion caused complications. i.e., weakness and nausea

Emergency contraceptive pills and abortion: Some patients have notified me that they had tried emergency contraceptive pills for abortion and got the desired result. I have told them that it was a fact of chance as it is not an abortion pill and they got result because the lady take the pill must be highly sensitive to hormonal changes and percentage of such highly sensitive females is quite low so it is not worthy to try.

Otherwise no one should try such emergency contraceptive pills for abortion purposes i.e. where pregnancy is already suspected. It may prove life threatening.

Abortion Naturally Accidentally: Excessive anger, bad news, excessive coughing, excessive exertion, severe injury, night watching, overheating can result in termination of pregnancy. However, incidents are very low and should be avoided as they may also prove fatal.

Contraception (Prevention is better than Abortion): For unmarried females who got unprotected sex and wants to avoid any possible pregnancy she should follow these steps.
1. Urinate after intercourse. This habit is helpful to prevent pregnancy and infection.
2. Note last date of menstruation, if it is within three days then there is a very very low chance of being pregnant; however, she can use emergency contraceptive pills. If last date of last menstrual period was more than five days then she should take emergency contraceptive pills available in medical stores.
3. Spot the date of next menstrual period according to her normal cycle and starts doing some unusual things to bring hormonal changes and thus menses and avoid pregnancy. Such things can be overexertion, late night sleeping or night watching and even reading something that causes excitement.
4. If the period does not occur on the due date then go ahead for pregnancy test and told the fact of being pregnant to close one before it is too late for you and others.

Contraception (Prevention is really troublesome For married couples) Prevention is really troublesome as they have regular sexual activity. The most used contraceptive method is condom; however, peoples usually fail to use on every intercourse for many reasons and the peoples think other contraceptive methods causing side effects so hesitate to start it and got in trouble. However, I am telling some facts for such couple to avoid much trouble. These are as follows:

1. Condoms: Condoms still are best way to prevent pregnancy. However, people do not use them regularly until they pay for their fault. So do not learn from own mistake and use it regularly if you wants to avoid pregnancy. Must use condoms during unsafe period or if you are going to sex after few days interval.

2. Safe periods. Couple may use safe period method for conception, but the failure rate of this also high as during the risky period of menstrual cycle (between 10-15 days from the last menstrual day). there is definite increased desire for sex in female. The date on which the next menstrual period should start is the most watchful date for couple who do not want a pregnancy for any reason. On this date and one to two day prior to this they should do intercourse. Intercourse on such days can cause onset of menses and prevent any possible pregnancy.

Incomplete Abortion: This is a very important to know about incomplete abortion. Sometimes after abortion ther is still some product left behind which causes untill they are expelled. The chance and severity of complication caused by natural abortions are quite low in comparision to that caused by medicines.

In my experience, women having quite regular menses, history of failure of induction resulting C-section are at more risk for having incomplete abortion than others.

I have also found that women who are insensitive to homoeopathic medicines for their menstrual problems usually have tendency to have a incomplete abortion as they are not a sensitive woman or may be due to interia of uterus.

Many woman do not know how much product should come after abortion. If there is a moderate bleeding after taking Abortion Pill they make take this as an abortion, but it may be not true and she may continue the pregnancy, which ultimately may be a defected newborn.

Or woman may continued which she would think as normal as her doctor may tell that abortion usually take 21 days and ultimately got severely anemic.

One more point to remember, after taking you should not go on regular duty or away from Hospital as if you have an incomplete abortion, there may be quite severe bleeding which may turned into fatal.

Lastly, last thing to remember as soon as you got noticed that you should need an abortion at that time increase your Iron intake, diet, and should use homoeopathic medicines such as Ferrum Met, China, Acid Phos to cope with your upcoming blood loss in abortion.

If one suspect incomplete abortion then she should go either for urine pregnancy test (may result in false positive), ultrasound to confirm complete abortion or can ultimately go for suction D&C, which ultimately solve the problem. Incomplete abortion can be done safely with anesthesia with suction while normal abortion is somewhat risky without anesthesia in some cases, i.e., history of C-section

Health Problems During Summer Season Cured With Puls (Pulsatilla Pratensis)

There are various homoeopathic medicines, which are very beneficial for peoples who got sick during summer. These are mainly Ant-C, Bell, Bry, Camph, Carb.V., Flouric-Acid, Gels, Glon, Ipecac, Kali Bi, Lach, Nat. Carb, and Puls.

In the starting of this summer, I got chance to treat two children with boils with Puls. One child was a girl whose case I had posted earlier. Her phase of boils in which boils were mostly located at the base of nose easily cleared by Puls. The main indications were that this girl was a Puls type girl i.e. easy to handle and gentle and location of the boils. Other pleasant, easy to handle, gentle children are of Sulphur, Phos, and Silicea. All of these homoeopathic medicines are well known for curing boils and abscess if given according to the symptoms. This girl lastly stopped having boils by Silicea 30C single dose.

The other case was that of a 1-year-old boy who was presented to the clinic with multiple boils and abscess all over her head particularly forehead for one week. This child was also pleasant and happy during the clinic visit, but with a foolish component in his behavior while the girl described above was very much bright mentally. Few doses of Puls 30 and Puls 200 cured the case just within 4 days with recurrence of boils. Main indications were pleasant boy with habit of playing excessively with water and bathing too much, which possibly cause his boils. Pulsatilla is a very good homoeopathic medicine for problems caused by excessive bathing/exposure to water in hot weather



Another case helped by Pulsatilla was that of a 24-year-old man with acute abdominal pain for about two days got instant relief with Puls 30 two doses at half hour interval. This man initially take some allopathic medicine for this pain, but did not find relief and came to me for his abdominal pain’s homeopathic treatment. His pain gone away just within one hour after the first dose of Pulsatilla. Here the indications were eating ghee after many years, hot weather, and eating stuffed red Chilli prickle with food. In the past I had treated a case of abdominal pain after eating stuffed red Chilli prickle with Bryonia followed by Pulsatilla in a 30-year-old male with constant pain in the periumbilical region for about 30 hours which got significantly improved within 30 minutes after taking Bryonia and completely gone after Pulsatilla.


Lastly, a 35-year-old male patient with lower abdominal pain and testicular pain worse by coughing and movement came for homeopathic treatment. This pain was present for about 36 hours and not progressive worsening or resolving in nature. He reported this pain started yesterday morning after cycling a few miles for exercise in the morning. Upon asking any other problem associated with this pain, he replied frequent urination and constipation. Upon asking food item taken prior to this pain, he reported he ate Poori (an Indian foot item made with wheat flour fried in oil) from Poori corner in market. Considering Poor eating in hot weather and pain in testicle, Puls 30c given and the patient was asked to call me if not got better as I also was conscious about possibility of some serious conditions such as renal calculi and testicular torsion apart from flatulence, constipation and epididymitis. Three days the patient returned to the clinic and reported immediate pain relief after Puls 30c few doses and no pain after 12 hours.

So this summer up until now, Puls gave me near 100% result and proved to me that it is a very good medicines for boils and abdominal pain in summer if it is indicated well.

A cured case of Nipple pain and cyst with homeopathy

NIPPLE PAIN AND NIPPLE PIMPLE/CYST AND HOMOEOPATHY

A 30-year-old female came to me for complain of recurrent right nipple pain for about one year. The pain usually occurs while breastfeeding. History and symptom detail suggested that she is getting recurrent cracking of nipple which may be due to some fungal infection and after thoroughly reviewing the case, the female was given Graphites 30C three doses only for one day.

After about 20 days the patient revisited and reported that there is no pain in the nipple since then but she has a developed a pimple/cyst like growth to the nipple which seems solid, somewhat white, and nontender. I reassured the patient and said that it should disappear within the next 30 days as I suspected it may be due to Graphites which unwanted action lasts usually 60 days and if she still have the lesion then I would gave any medicine for.

After about 15 days, the patient revisited to the clinic and reported that the cyst one day ruptured while bathing with some discharge and now is healed, but now she has developed some cracking between the 2nd and 3rd toes in the left leg. Upon inspection, it was rubbery, foamy whitish cracking once again I reassured the patient and said that it should also be okay within 7 days and asked her to avoid wear shoes and keep the area dry.

After 10 days, the patient revisited and reported that the eruption is now healed and she has no recurrence of nipple pain or eruption.

There may be some unwanted things happen while taking homeopathic treatment, but we should be patience while dealing such things especially in homeopathy. Graphites is a very deep acting medicine and it should be used very carefully and people should not take it by own.

Follow up on Possible CAMRSA boil.

On third day course of antibiotics there was only 40 percent improvement and there were still new boils were forming, although with a slow rate and growth.

Mother did reconsulted on third day and her PCP reported that during this monsoon boils are not responsive generally to common safe antibiotics and now changed amoxicillin to ofloxacin for three days. On 2nd days there was about 70 percent improvement, but still new boils were arising and at this time mother revisited me again and reported same course of antibiotics described earlier.

She wanted to me to prescribe something. I have already advised her to give Calendula Q and Echinacea Q so I decided to search again on constitutional medicine and now I noticed that Puls has skin eruption which tend to occur on the base of nose, which is exactly happening here and also looked upon fear of dark in repertory in which Puls is also listed in second grade medicine.

So I decided to advised mom to give one dose of Puls 30 at night and to report me next morning. On next morning, she reported marked decrease in erythema involved with the boil and upon this I advised her to Puls 30c for two days and advised her to complete the antibiotic course.



After two days all boils healed, but on fourth day after finishing course of antibiotics and Puls doses the baby girl again have some red rash one on his scalp, one her forehead, and one on pinna and the mom as soon as seen this started him on Puls again and they are stable and somewhat reduced now.




Mom reported me that she has stopped giving Calendula and Echinacea upon this I advised her to start this again and continue throughout this monsoon season and call me whenever she develop new boils as she may need one of her constitutional medicine i.e., Puls or Sulphur according to the totality of present symptoms.

Hoping, she will not develop boils upon this treatment.

Treatment/management for recurrent rash/boils/abscess in summer

In my experience treating/managing recurrent rash/boils/abscess in summer/rainy season is very difficult. From homeopathic point of view, unless a constitutional medicine is not given there would be no cure or significant improvement.

Frequent washing is the key for preventing recurrent boils/rash in summer/rain. Bacteria responsible for boils/rash mainly colonize in the inside the nose and causes boils upon reaching skin usually by nose boring by fingers. There is usually more boring of nose because there is increase crusting in summer in nose. Children tend to bore nose extensively and so children tend to get recurrent boils in summer. Parents should keep the nostril moisturized and may apply some antibiotic solution or homeopathic antibiotic solution Calendula Q.

Calendula Q internally as well as externally should be used as early as you see any boils in summer/rainy season.

Echinacea Q/30c should be used two times daily if you tend to suffer from recurrent boils.

For pain ease from boils in children: Apply pads soaked with warm water with calendula Q for 10-20 seconds alternated with pads soaked with calendula Q in cold water for 3-8 seconds for early maturation and ease of boils. This should be repeated three to five times per day. This really works.

Taking Homeopathic Medicine With Allopathic Medicines

I often face situation where I have to give homeopathic treatment along with allopathic medicines advised other physician.

I do not prescribe allopathic medicine to my patient and when these are necessary I used to refer the patient to allopathic physician.

I usually use homeopathic therapeutic medicines not a polychrest homeopathic medicines or constitutional homeopathic treatment in such situation. I do believe this can cause some unwanted reaction while the patient is already got down by sickness.

I usually prefer to wait to patient recover from this acute condition and then give a homeopathic medicine according to the whole symptomatology represented during the episode of illness and the remaining sequelae of it. I usually use water dose initially in such cases.

The case given below is an example for circumstance for homeopathic treatment with allopathic treatment and my method of doing so. Whenever I am asked to give homeopathic medication while the patient is taking allopathic medicines, I usually use mother tincture or lowest potency and a homeopathic medicine who has marked action on that particular disease, disease location or systems involved.

Questionable CAMRSA Staph aureus Boils And Homeopathy With Allopathy

This breakout of small boils in this girl seems to be caused by CAMRSA staph aureus infections, as it is not responding quite nicely with antibiotic treatment consisting of amoxicillin and azithromycin. On third day of therapy, there is only 40% improvement. All the boils on nose and one on head are present, but usually they are less erythematous and raised. I advised her to give only Calendula Q and Echinacea 30 to enhance the recovery process. Mostly boils are in the form of solid erythematous papules with delicate looking overlying skin. One papule drained quite much pus in comparison to its size and it is now healing nicely. Some of boil are healing with leaving clotted blood overlying its opening. The child has now decreased thirst and she is urinating less, but mentally she is okay and does not like to wash it with water. The child has also lost some weight, which is common with any type of infection.

This case now not doing well. Merc Sol produced no benefit. Then Few doses of Psornium given (boils caused by warmth)and this caused some relief in scalp boils mainly dried discharge and redness, but meanwhile patient developed 3-4 reddish papules on nose and eyes. Then Calc Sulph and Silicia was given to abort the process early, but sometimes it seems to do better , but again new boil come on. I also out of reach for the mother and during this time parents decided to consult allopathic doctor who gave him Amoxicillin syrup twice a day and Azithromycin syrup once a day for three days. This is the first day when I am writing this post. Calendula @ and alternate warm and cold compresses were also advised the patient, which she reports she has done for sometimes and she noticed it helps to bring the pus on surface and subsequently healing soon. The mother will see me after three days to report how she is doing

Heat Rash and Boils on Scalp-Miliaria pustulosa

This is a case of a baby girl whom I am giving homeopathic treatment from very early in her life when she was a few days old. She is growly very brightly and healthly with homeopathy. She is so charming and follows commonds like very wonderful and her catching and learning capicities are great. She has no fear of vaccination injections as she do great with a few doses of Sulphur around vaccination and she cries only 30 seconds when pricked by nurse and she leaves the nurse with simle and gesturing byee when leaving.

She is now 17-month old and had only one diarrhea episode, which was successfully treated with Puls which occured in December 2008 and until now she has only two episodes of common cold which were aborted in just two day with the help of Puls and Sulphur only.

She recently developed some prickly heat rash, which were also managed by applying of ice, frequent bathing, and Sulphur.

But recently mother reported some new things, which I am considering not good i.e. desire for light in night while eariler she enjoyed dark and were used to move while in dark, big belly, rather slow weight gain, constipation, bowel movements after meals, etc., but once again mentally the girl is very bright with good memory.

Mother described these things on her last visit for bowel movements after meals. I told her that it is not a disease condition or diarrhea, but she desired to remove this tendency early and back her to baseline when she used to have a good bowel movement early in the morning and then next one the next morning. One can understand the comfort with associated with this and I gave her Sulphur and Puls each for one day and her bowel movement returned for baseline. This was just eight days ago.

Two days ago, this mother returned for treatment of prickly heat and some boils on her forehead and scalp. This occured because there was a very hot and humid day after rain and prolonged power cut. I gave her once again Sulphur and advised to return if no improvement in next two days. She returned today and there was no improvement and mother washed the head three times with soap and avoided mango, which I asked to do.

This leads me to restudy the case once again and now the

Chief Complaint: Miliaria pustulosa

HPI: This 17-month old lovely girl developed erythematous macules, papules, and pustules mainly on forehead after a hot humid day in summer after a few days of rainy days on 07/13/2009. All three types of lesion were present on the day of visit, 07/16/2009. These lesions are somewhat painful and somewhat itching.

Past Medical History: This child born by C-section without any complication or abnormality and diarrhea at age 10-month.

Past Surgical History: None.

Medications: The child recieved IV antibiotics as a new born due to prolonged induction of labor, which resulted in C-section and Puls and Sulphur for coryza and diarrhea in the past.

Allergies: No known drug allergy or food allergy except for milk in the past, but this is resloved.

Family History: Insignificant.

Physical Examination: This is a healthy 17-month girl in no acute distress. HEENT: Erythematous macules and papules. Few pustules discharing sticky fluid. Mildly tender to touch. No cervical adenopathy. Chest: Clear. Heart: Normal S1 and S2. Abomen: Somewhat big belly in comparison to whole body. Neurological: Alert and oriented. Skin: No other skin eruption on exposed parts except as above.

Homeopathic General ROS: Very Extensive so not given here.

Homeopathic Mental ROS: Very Extensive so not given here.

Treatment Plan: As Sulphur was given eariler with benefit so a remedy that follows well Sulphur as well as covering the present skin condition. Calc Carb, Psorinum, Lyco,and Merc Sol are considered. Merc Sol 30c is given in the light of Moisty skin eruption on face with erythema. Mother is advised to return next evening.

Conclusion: This girl seems changed from Puls and Sulphur to now Calc Carb or Lycopodium (Desire for light and does not want mother only when sick as previously happening). She would do better from these medication, which would be started after confirmation
